Tomato Carbonara

Give your favorite Clara Olé Carbonara pasta a different flair by adding tomatoes to the mix!

 

WHAT YOU NEED:
- 200g San Remo Fettuccine
- 1 pouch Clara Olé Carbonara Pasta Sauce 200g
- 1⁄4 cup bacon, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp white onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp McCormick Iodized Salt

Optional:
- cheese
- chopped parsley

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Cook pasta in boiling water with salt for 9 to 11 minutes or until firm.
2. While pasta cooks, sauté garlic and onions. Once softened, add bacon and cook until crisp. Then put the chopped cherry tomatoes.
3. Pour the Clara Olé Carbonara Pasta Sauce and mix. Add cooked pasta & toss until coated with sauce.

Optional:
Serve pasta with chopped parsley & cheese on top. Enjoy.
