Red Pesto Shrimp Paella

- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 whole onion minced
- 1 green bell pepper minced
- 3 fresh tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 pouch Clara Olé Red Pesto Pasta Sauce 180g
- 3 cups of paella rice
- 10pcs of shrimp
- 2 1/2 cup of chicken stock
- 1/2 extra virgin olive oil
- 15g of parsley
- salt and pepper to taste


1. Drizzle olive oil in the paella pan and then season with salt.
2. Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper for a few minutes over medium flame.
3. Add paprika, tomatoes, and the Clara Olé Red Pesto Pasta Sauce then mix well.
4. Sauté rice with the mixture.
5. Pour in the stock and let it boil for 25 minutes. Make sure the heat is evenly distributed.
6. Lower down the flame then add the shrimp and cook for about 10 minutes.
7. Cover with aluminum foil and then turn off flame.
8. Serve with lemon wedges.
